Registered Nurse; RN - SOB​/medical

Joined as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Ridgeview Institute Monroe. Full‑time, located in Monroe, GA. Salary $35.00‑$40.00 per hour with a $3,500 sign‑on bonus.

• Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Continuously assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients throughout their care journey.
• Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core values.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program and hold a valid Georgia State RN license;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
• CPR certification required.
• Successfully complete Management of Aggressive Behavior, including restraint and seclusion policies, within 90 days of employment and before assisting in restraining procedures.
• Exceptional crisis management, time management, flexibility, and creativity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Calm, organized, and professional demeanor in stressful situations.

Hourly pay $35.00‑$40.00 plus a $3,500 sign‑on bonus. Benefits are available to full‑time positions only and may change at the discretion of Ridgeview Institute Monroe.
