Qualifications:

• Active GA LPN license required
• Experience working 1:1 with students or within a school environment preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable riding the bus with student as part of daily responsibilities
• Strong commitment to student health and safety

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, individualized nursing care to a student throughout the school day and during transportation to and from school
• Monitor and document student's condition, supporting medication administration, treatments, and emergency care as needed
• Collaborate closely with school staff, administrators, and family to coordinate care and ensure a safe environment
• Stay attentive to evolving care needs and participate in ongoing discussions to support the student's success
• Maintain all required records and adhere to district, state, and federal policies regarding student health
