Quality Coordinator - Monroe, GA

Job Description

The Quality Coordinator provides support to the NWS team for all NWS products from design through project completion, including investigations, problem solving, training and claims.

Location:

Monroe, GA, United States (serving Houston site as well). Based in Monroe, GA and Vernon, CA.

• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Receive calls from job sites, gather necessary information to validate claims, and determine the cause and efficient/cost‑effective solutions.
• Review internal documents to investigate, record, and report all service and product performance issues.
• Identify trending quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Make occasional trips to jobsites for troubleshooting and extensive claim investigations.
• Participate in and help lead department or division quality meetings.

• 3 years of experience in a rack manufacturing environment or construction‑related equivalent.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Background in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency with Microsoft D365.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• American Welding Society CWI Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.

• Participation in division safety teams or efforts.
• Familiarity and experience with resolving SMR’s.
• Good communication and ability to accurately track site issues and create reports.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and city and county license requirements documents.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
