Overview
Ridgeview Institute is looking for a highly skilled Community Liaison who will maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts and develop new business. The role ensures the establishment of community relationships in the field.
Responsibilities- Develop new accounts and markets in employer EAP, Primary Care Physicians/Licensed Practitioners, and managed care segments.
- Achieve a designated number of qualified business development contacts per week to meet overall business development goals.
- Maintain current account information and update as required.
- Participate in problem solving with established community relationships and coordinate with facility staff to resolve issues during patient stays.
- Contact all primary accounts through visits, calls, and mailers, fostering trust.
- Monitor referrals and admissions; develop strategies to maximize referral potential.
- Stay informed on industry changes through self‑education, peer education, and professional involvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field (preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare business development/marketing with measurable results.
- Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles (preferred).
- Valid Georgia State license in social work or clinical related mental health field (RN, LPC, & LCSW).
- Valid driver’s license.

This full‑time exempt role offers an annual base salary of $62,000 to $66,500.
