Maintain a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; deter theft and minimize loss by applying loss prevention directives.;
Provide visible presence and greet customers to deter theft and engage with customers and associates in a courteous manner.;
Identify theft indicators on the sales floor and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives and support loss prevention efforts.;
Support compliance with company policies and loss prevention directives to minimize operational shortage.
