Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Our healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Sr. Staff Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions including 401k calculations, assisting in month-end closing, and other accounting duties as assigned.

• Perform routine and complex accounting activities, including the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records.
• Handle 401k calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the month-end closing process, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and analysis of financial data.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all financial data is readily available and accurately reported.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Demonstrated experience with 401k calculations and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
