Administrative Coordinator – Ouachita Parish, Monroe, LA
This vacancy is located in the Ouachita Parish Child Welfare Office in Monroe, LA.

- Following Policies and Procedures – follow, reinforce, adapt, or develop policies to maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
- Provides clerical support to the Child Welfare parish office.
- Assist with administrative and receptionist duties as needed.
- Schedule fingerprints and perform printing for prospective foster parents, care givers, and facility employees.
- Perform duties related to purchasing office supplies.
- Maintain records of office equipment and prepare reports of items needing to be surplus.
- Organize and maintain file room and files per established procedure and records retention policy.
- May serve as timekeeper.
Starting salary depends on education and experience.
Appointment may be probationary or permanent, lasting up to 48 months, with possibility of conversion or promotion.
Career ProgressionThis position participates in a Career Progression Group (CPG) and may be filled as Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, or 3.
