The position produces profitable revenue with a heightened focus on the Medical, Government, and Small Business sectors. Revenue streams will be achieved through consulting and providing solutions for Technology Services, Cybersecurity Services, Voice Services, Hosting Services, and Creative Services to the customer. Duties include but are not limited to the following and Kinetix Management Team may assign additional tasks.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties- The employee will effectively manage their time to perform day-to-day prospecting activity marketing activities, drive demand, generate customer proposals and presentations, make sales calls, and close business
- Obtain customer base by prospecting for new and current accounts by utilizing outside sales and marketing methods: community involvement, business contacts, and Kinetix CRM database
- Generate appointments, cultivate new leads, and meet with prospects
- Input all prospecting and closure information in the Kinetix CRM database
- Meet and/or exceed revenue goals for gross revenue and target production
- Ensure excellent coverage and penetration of the market, that being primarily the Central Louisiana, Monroe, I-20 Corridor, and surrounding parishes
- Understand the dynamics of the Computer, Networking and Telecommunication market to ensure excellent coverage and penetration
- Assist in further defining vertical sales opportunities as necessary along with creation of necessary documentation and presentation materials
- Perform overall customer satisfaction with regard to company policy
- Ability to stay current with technology trends
This includes the above-referenced activities and additional assigned tasks to be performed at customer sites and from the Kinetix NOC.
Qualifications / Required Knowledge- 5+ Years in Professional Business Role
- Proven work experience with setting goals, reporting achievements, and strategy implementation
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator (internal and external)
- Hands-on experience working with CRM software, ticketing software, and MS Office
- Problem-Solving – Identifies and resolves problems promptly; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well with group problem-solving situations
- Analytical – Uses intuition and experience to complement service data and customer information; reviews current workflows and procedures to improve efficiency

- Valid Louisiana driver’s license with clean driving record
- Proof of US Citizenship
- Dress and appearance should be business casual and grooming according to Kinetix Handbook and position

- Salary and benefit offerings
- Confidential, important, and/or proprietary technical information concerning the Company’s products and activities
- Business plan and plan of operations
- All customer information, including but not limited to the following: customer lists, proposals, invoices, financial statements, non-published price lists, trade secrets, and business models.
If the recipient makes unauthorized disclosures or misappropriates Confidential Information, the Company will be notified immediately, and the recipient will be considered in breach of the obligation.
