Opportunity Description

Our client is a 10 billion dollar packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

We are looking for a future Plant Manager. This individual will be hired as an Operations Manager to be groomed for the Plant Manager position. This is an opportunity to learn this business from a highly accomplished team.

Qualifications

• World Class manufacturing experience require
• High level of Lean and driving continuous improvement
• Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
• Operational leadership
• P&L experience is a plus - financial acumen required
• Culture driver, visible and approachable leader
