Lead with executive presence, strategic understanding of Self-Perform Operations (SPO), and a broader company perspective to lead SPO organization, objectives, and projects within the business center and local offices.

• Build trust and promote "One Turner" philosophy with business centers, local offices, and external resources.
• Drive business center local office culture consistent with Self-Perform Operations (SPO) guiding principles and influence culture on every project.
• Develop, communicate, and enforce SPO organizational standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with National SPO leadership to align and improve operational efficiencies across business centers.
• Provide effective communication across organizational levels and externally to develop seamless SPO operations and integration.
• Demonstrate people‑oriented leadership, facilitate collaboration, develop relationships, and expand professional networks.
• Prioritize SPO safety, collaborate with Safety team to develop communication plans and standard operating procedures.
• Lead business planning to develop and implement annual Profit Plan in alignment with GM.
• Implement standards for financial forecasting, reporting, estimating, and production tracking; review KPIs against actual performance.
• Maintain active engagement with projects and business development opportunities; attend presentations to understand major projects.
• Identify workforce planning needs for SPO assignments, participate in recruiting, career progression, and succession planning.
• Align recruiting planning for staff and trades with required technical skills.
• Strategically plan SPO resources based on revenue benchmarks and actuals to facilitate operational and financial decisions.
• Promote employee mobility within SPO; facilitate career development with other business centers.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program and minimum of 15 years of building construction experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of Self‑Perform Operations (SPO) scopes of work and trades.
• Large and mega construction project experience (desired).
• People‑oriented leadership style.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and financial comprehension.
• Strategic plans for workforce development, resource management, and staff career development across multiple offices.
• Clear vision for achieving resource management goals aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Demonstrated alignment with organizational culture, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Experience establishing and achieving strategic business KPIs.
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and meeting financial performance metrics.
• Ability to grow leadership impact beyond local responsibilities to overall company performance.
