WM Construction, Inc. is currently seeking motivated and reliable Laborers to join our team for utility installation on new construction projects. This is a great opportunity to work with an established company and gain hands‑on experience in the construction and utilities field.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm systems, etc.)
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, grading, and site preparation
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Support crew members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required (will train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
