Crew Requirements:
What You Need to Succeed
  • Previous construction, general labor, or cleanup experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
  • Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established safety procedures.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with construction site cleanup by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment throughout the job site.
  • Support construction crews with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks as directed.
  • Clean and prepare work areas before, during, and after construction activities.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment when trained and authorized.
  • Assist skilled trades personnel, including carpenters, concrete workers, and other construction team members.
  • Set up, move, and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures as needed.
  • Inspect work areas for safety hazards and promptly report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
  • Follow project schedules and assist with tasks necessary to keep construction activities on track.
  • Maintain proper storage and organization of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice safe work habits at all times.
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned to support daily construction operations.
