Your Required Skills- Entry-level position; no previous construction experience required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and contribute to a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized job site.

- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and excess materials.
- Sweep, vacuum, and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized job site.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and equipment.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to company and site procedures.
- Support skilled trades workers with basic labor tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment throughout the project.
