Senior Construction Safety Engineer | Data Center | CSP​/CHST | Mission Critical Projects

Immediate need for a Senior Construction Safety Engineer for mission‑critical data center projects. This is a 06+ month contract based in Monroe, LA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

• Lead construction safety initiatives on mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Perform project risk assessments and develop safe work execution plans.
• Support construction teams throughout installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Conduct field safety inspections and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with contractors, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain Zero Incident project goals.
• Lead incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Develop and improve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and best practices.
• Review construction methods, safety plans, and work permits.
• Evaluate safety impacts of new construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Support retrofit projects within active data centers and occupied mission-critical facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, safety metrics, and communication updates.

• 5+ years of Construction Safety, EHS, or Loss Control experience
