Senior Project Manager

• Provide overall leadership direction to one large project or multiple projects
• Manage project quality, timeliness, safety, and the project team
• Develop and improve customer relationships through excellent service
• Supervise overall financial health and maintain project financial and equipment projections
• Allocate project estimates into the financial system and determine cost codes
• Approve invoices and provide financials and billings to Accounting
• Create monthly owner billings
• Handle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budgets and selections
• Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including assignments, training, and career development
• Serve as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
• Resolve site concerns, handle change orders, and obtain customer/architect approvals
• Maintain schedule and budget, and manage quality, risk, safety, and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Current driver’s license
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
• Ability to travel up to 100%
• Ten years of construction management or related experience with large projects ($20M+)
• Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-visa sponsorship
