Base Salary + Unlimited Earning Potential | Expected Compensation = $70, per year.

What You’ll Do
- Own projects from kickoff to closeout—timeline, budget, and quality
- Manage subcontractors with clear expectations and accountability
- Ensure jobs are fully documented, compliant, and audit-ready
- Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they escape
- Deliver top-tier results for customers and insurance partners
- Maintain high standards for safety, communication, and execution

What You Bring
Experience in construction project management or similar leadership role
Experience leading field teams (superintendents, subcontractors, etc.)
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects without letting details slip
Experience working with insurance/restoration projects is a plus
