What You'll Do- Welcome customers with energy and professionalism in the service drive
- Actively listen to concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and Ford guidelines
- Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and cots
- Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Review completed work with customers in a clear, confidence building way
- Deliver an exceptional experience that drives loyalty and repeat business
- Support warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer service campaign

- Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong people skills - you enjoy helping customers and solving problems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic automotive knowledge or a desire to learn Ford systems
- Computer proficiency (CDK experience is a plus)
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- 50 years of stability, trust, and community reputation
