Monitor incoming alarm signals, including burglary, fire, medical, and environmental alerts. Respond promptly to alarm activations by contacting customers, keyholders, and emergency services when required. Dispatch police, fire, or medical personnel according to established procedures.
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding alarm activations, system status, and service requests. Accurately document all alarm activity, communications, and dispatch actions in the system. Follow strict verification procedures and company protocols for handling alarms and emergencies. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Work efficiently in a high-volume call center environment while maintaining accuracy. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and alarm system inquiries when needed.
