Working a 4-day work week

We’re looking for a dentist with a broad clinical skill set who is comfortable performing a wide range of procedures, including:
- Non-molar and molar endodontics
- Implant placement and restoration (training available if needed)
- Surgical extractions
Complex full-mouth restorations - Invisalign and clear aligner therapy

Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dental conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
- Deliver preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dental procedures with a high standard of care.
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care while creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative professionals to provide seamless patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and stay current on advancements in clinical dentistry and emerging technologies.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active (or eligible for) Louisiana dental license.
- Strong clinical skills across general dentistry with confidence performing a broad range of procedures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and long-term treatment outcomes.
- Interest in expanding clinical capabilities through advanced training and continuing education.
- Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 (Very Negotiable)
