Responsibilities

• Development and delivery of training materials on company products, processes, and technologies
• Provides orientation and training on new course materials
• Selects appropriate training aids
• Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material
• Monitors training personnel records
• Analyzes course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions
