Monroe, LA Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

We're hiring a CAD Detailer to create precise technical drawings and 3D models while supporting engineering and manufacturing projects. High school diploma or GED required Technical training in Drafting, CAD Design, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred Strong mathematical and measurement skills required

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid Works required Experience creating detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings Strong understanding of technical documentation, templates, and design standards Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or related industries preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple design projects and priorities

Create, revise, and finalize detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Solid Works Interpret engineering sketches and convert them into accurate CAD drawings Develop templates and technical documentation to support production requirements Ensure drawings meet design standards, specifications, and quality expectations Maintain organized project files and revision documentation Perform drawing reviews and quality checks to identify discrepancies Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to support project success Assist in resolving design and drafting issues as they arise

Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods Frequent use of CAD software and technical documentation systems Strong visual attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
