Founded in 2005, Building Futures offers holistic pediatric therapy in a warm, home‑like environment designed to make therapy fun and effective. With three locations in Ruston, Monroe, and West Monroe
, we serve children and their families through expert Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, educators, and families
• Document patient care in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercises and ongoing care

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Louisiana Physical Therapy License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
