Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Monroe, LA, for an Assistant Director at Crothall Healthcare. The Assistant Director will oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned service department, ensuring efficient workflows, meeting client expectations, and maintaining compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team, analyzing key performance indicators, meeting quality and budgetary goals, providing staff training, and fostering an environment that promotes safety and customer satisfaction.

The Assistant Director will play a key role in driving operational excellence and collaborating with leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on training, mentoring, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in coordinating operations, workflow planning, and achieving efficiency in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge and skills in compliance, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare support services or facilities management is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize metrics to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Highly motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and patients.
