Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through specialty pharmacy. We’re hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Outreach Eligibility Specialist to support the growth of the specialty pharmacy program by identifying eligible patients, completing benefits investigations, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

• Conduct benefits investigations using approved tools and pharmacy systems.
• Review medical records to confirm current medication needs.
• Document all findings clearly and accurately.
• Partner with team members to ensure high quality, coordinated patient care.
• Identify trends, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ongoing job knowledge.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician;
  High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
