We are seeking a hands‑on IT Support Specialist for a multi‑year, ongoing contract in Holly Ridge, LA
. This is a high‑visibility, onsite role requiring 5–7 years of experience in fast‑paced technical environments. You will be the primary point of contact for hardware, software, and network infrastructure support.

• Location: 100% Onsite (Holly Ridge, LA)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: Multi‑year contract (Potential for permanent conversion)

• Desktop & Infrastructure Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, M365 apps, and peripherals (printers, docking stations, and AV systems).
• Network Maintenance: Perform onsite troubleshooting for switches, routers, firewalls, and WAPs. Handle "rack and stack" of equipment and patch cabling.
• Systems Administration: Manage user access and devices via Active Directory, Entra  (Azure AD), and Intune/MDM

• Asset Management: Maintain strict record‑keeping of all distributed hardware and IT assets.
• Remote & Security Support: Support VPN technologies and security tools including Cisco Umbrella and Crowd Strike.

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
• Environment: Expert‑level support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows OS.
• Hardware: Experience with video conferencing, printers, and rack‑mounted network gear.

• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL.
• Tools: Service Now, Citrix Workspace, Bomgar, Manage Engine, or Cisco AMP.
