Apartment Maintenance – Monroe, LA
Pay: $14/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs throughout the property.
- Repair and paint sheetrock.
- Replace light switches, face plates, and other basic electrical components.
- Change filters in heating and air conditioning units.
- Replace light bulbs and complete routine maintenance tasks as needed.
