Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Program Manager to support key initiatives in Monroe, LA. This Project Manager / Program Manager contract role will lead cross-functional efforts, drive timelines, and ensure successful delivery of business and technical projects. The ideal Project Manager / Program Manager thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and maintains strong oversight of scope, budget, and execution.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead end-to-end project or program lifecycle from initiation through closure

+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals

+ Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

+ Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide status reporting to leadership

+ Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

+ Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary

+ Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

Requirements

Job Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience in project or program management

+ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

+ Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

+ Experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance

+ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)

+ Ability to work on-site in Monroe, LA

Preferred Qualifications:

+ PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification

+ Experience leading IT, operations, or business transformation initiatives

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
