Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move,

locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Forklift Operator will ensure efficiency,

accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the yard or production

facility.

• Load and unload goods from trucks, and storage areas.

• Stack and store materials in designated locations in an organized and safe manner.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update logs as required.

• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and

injuries.

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging, labeling, and organizing

inventory.

• Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or industrial setting.

• Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels.

• Requires standing, lifting, bending, and extended periods of operation.
