Now hiring Production Supervisor – Direct Hire Monroe, LA Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Shift: 8 am – 5 pm, Mon – Fri + Sat as needed The Floor Doesn't Run Without You — and You Know It. You know the drill — production ramps up, the team grows, and they need a Production Supervisor who can handle it all.

We're hiring for a trusted local company, and they're counting on someone like you to keep the floor running smoothly.

What You Need to Lead:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication. Knowledge of steel products, pipe manufacturing processes, and industrial safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications. Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.

• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in metal processing, pipe fabrication, and related tasks.
• Workflow Management:
  Assign jobs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect work for compliance with specifications and company standards.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct regular safety checks.
• Resource Management:
  Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Training & Development:
  Provide guidance and on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff.
• Problem Solving:
  Address production issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, and material usage.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, maintenance) to meet customer requirements.
