MSE is seeking a Research & Development Technician to join our Quality team in Monroe, LA. You will run a 5-layer pilot lab line, test new materials, and help build data for new product development. This is a hands-on role in a production/quality setting with emphasis on equipment operation, testing, and thorough documentation.
Ideal candidates have film extrusion or plastics manufacturing experience, lab testing background, and comfort with PPE. Forklift certification is preferred.
