Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Monroe, LA 71203
Duration: 04 weeks with possible extension
Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM and 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Job description:- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs.
- Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Communicates treatment and health information to patients, doctors, and nurses.
- Responsible for managing patient care depending on each patient's unique needs.
- Duties will include meeting with patients about past medical history and logging vital signs to create a record that will inform and guide the patient's care plan.
- Active LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Covid-19 Vaccination Card
