We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Floor Nurse LPN - Weekend Option at Sterlington Community Care Center
. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
$6K Sign-on bonus for eligible new full‑time employees!
Compensation based on experience and licensure
What You Bring to the Table- Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
- Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.
- Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.
- Prepares and administers medication and treatments.
- Consults with physicians.
- Receives and records orders as required.
- Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license - current/active
- Long‑term care experience preferred
- Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
