Nurse Practitioner; NP​/Physician Assistant; PA – Industrial Medicine

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy Affinity Health Industrial Medicine clinic. This position provides comprehensive occupational health services, including evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses, workers’ compensation management, DOT physicals, pre-employment and return-to-work examinations, drug and alcohol testing, and other employer-based health services.

• Provide comprehensive occupational health services in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases.
• Conduct DOT physicals and pre-employment/return-to-work examinations.
• Perform drug and alcohol testing and other employer-based health services.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and clinic staff to ensure quality patient care and timely return-to-work outcomes.

• Current Louisiana NP or PA license.
• DOT Medical Examiner Certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; schedule may vary as needed
