Reliant Specialty Infusion is an Ambulatory Infusion Clinic founded in Monroe, LA. We have 15 infusion clinics located in Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner and /or Physicians. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of those entrusted to our care in the infusion clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist in performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results.
- Educate patients and their families on administered medications
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, including infection control protocols and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Required:
- Active, unrestricted Texas RN and APRN licenses.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience, including infusion therapy.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
