Inventory Coordinator – 3B Ace Hardware

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, minimizing shrink, and supporting store profitability. This role oversees receiving, cycle counts, replenishment, and inventory reporting while partnering with store leadership to ensure operational efficiency and strong in-stock conditions.

• Oversee daily receiving and ensure accurate processing of merchandise
• Manage cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy across departments
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shrink, and negative on-hands
• Partner with department managers to maintain proper stock levels
• Analyze inventory reports including turns, adjustments, and exceptions
• Prepare for and support physical inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures
• Support seasonal transitions, resets, and promotional setups
• Train team members on proper inventory and receiving processes
• Maintain organized and safe stockroom and backroom areas

• 2+ years of retail experience (inventory experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with inventory systems and reporting tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
