Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service.;
Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing; assists with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts.;
General Operations - Assists with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance; participates in annual inventory processes.;
Performance Standards - Supports shrink and safety initiatives; meets established performance standards for the role including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.;
Core Competencies - Solve problems and make smart decisions to drive sales and customer service; provide great customer service; take accountability; improve the customer experience.
