Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

• Operate forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners.
• Receive stocks, organize merchandise and supplies, manage inventory flow, and maintain accurate paperwork and logs.
• Provide member service by identifying member needs, guiding purchases, resolving concerns, and promoting company products and services.
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation; zone area, stock, rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, set up displays, and ensure prominent display of promotional items.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, staged, and audited for accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, report poor practices, and use inventory tools to control shrinkage.
• Support technology services by identifying customers in need, engaging them, and proactively assisting with technology items.
• Adhere to company values: respect the individual, act with integrity, serve customers and members, and strive for excellence.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
