DTLR -  - Responsibilities:
Assist Store Manager with daily store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability through merchandising execution, managing expenses and inventory, and outstanding customer service.;
Train and develop store team; participate in recruitment, selection, and performance feedback.;
Monitor loss prevention and shrink to remain at or below company plan; ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.;
Support scheduling, merchandising, and suggested selling techniques; oversee merchandise inventory counts.;
Maintain professional store environment and provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
