Insurance Sales Representative
Location: West Monroe, LA
Pay: $13+/Hr Base + Commission
Hours
: M-F 8am-5pm
Licensing is preferred but not required — the agency is willing to work with strong candidates who are open to obtaining their license.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community networking
- Follow up on leads and warm prospects
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and retention support
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, or customer-facing roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
- Insurance license preferred (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health), but not required
- Base pay plus commission
