As a Sales Representative, your job is simple: build relationships, manage opportunities, and make sales. You'll talk with customers, follow up, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You Need- 2+ years of experience in industrial, B2B, or technical sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial market
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, including manufacturers, contractors, and distributors
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and product presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
