TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Monroe, Louisiana. This full-time, on-site role involves making outbound calls, setting appointments, and supporting our outside sales team. Ideal candidates are experienced in inside sales, proficient in Excel, and possess strong time management skills.
Compensation includes a base salary of $35,000 annually plus performance incentives such as bonuses and commissions for qualified appointments and shredding deals. Paid vacation is also included.
