Sales Support Representative

MOEbiz is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Representative to collaborate with and support our outside sales team by creating accurate, detailed quotes, pricing and terms for potential clients while maintaining and updating CRM records with lead details and pricing history.

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes for Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring pricing aligns with company guidelines and customer needs.
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotes, providing sales reps with status updates.
• Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Compass, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) with lead details, pricing history, and proposal statuses.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to confirm pricing structures, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with sales reps to customize proposals for strategic accounts, including special terms, and bundled offerings.

• Must be proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Candidates must be based in or around the Monroe, LA area and work in person at our office.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Must be able to create accurate, detailed quotes with correct configurations, pricing, and terms for potential clients.
• Time management and organizational skills required in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary: $40,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience).
