• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate toward and understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored, thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, potentially earning extra bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. Duties may include engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event set‑up or breakdown.

• Fluent in English and at least one other language (Spanish required).
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of a home store location; flexibility to work multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Computer proficiency and ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adherence to Team Color policy and maintenance of neat, professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Requirement to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions to completion.
