General SummaryThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a designated region. This role ensures that Account Managers maintain strong relationships with their customers, meet performance goals, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on leader, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a territory or regional management role.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
