Job Summary

The Sales Representative position currently available is responsible for driving sales growth and brand presence within the assigned territories of Concordia, Catahoula and LaSalle Parishes. This role focuses on developing relationships with retail accounts and increasing distribution, executing promotions, and ensuring excellent service while representing our portfolio of beer, spirits and non-alcohol brands.

• Manage and grow a defined territory (bars, restaurants, grocery, convenience, liquor stores)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth
• Execute sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional programs
• Achieve volume, distribution, and revenue goals
• Secure new product placements, displays, and permanent point-of-sale placements
• Ensure proper merchandising and shelf placement for products
• Monitor inventory levels and manage order placement to prevent out-of-stocks
• Educate accounts on product features, benefits, and brand stories
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, bars, restaurants, and other accounts
• Execute pricing, promotions, displays, and merchandising standards
• Build brands through displays, shelf and cold box management, pricing, and point of sale merchandising,
• Conduct regular scheduled sales calls with customers
• Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio products, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Use Route Accounting Software to track calls, orders, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 1–3 years of sales experience (beverage alcohol industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Evening and weekend work may be required occasionally for tastings or other events
