Territory Sales Manager

US Foods seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Monroe, LA area in the wholesale food service market. In this field-based role, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality accounts, prospect new customers, and deliver sales plans aligned with company goals. Partner with chefs and operators to recommend products, menu solutions, and pricing programs that improve their profitability.

Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast, and report activity. Collaborate closely with operations and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while upholding US Foods' standards for safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a territory of food service customers in Monroe, LAProspect and convert new restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality accounts
• Develop and execute territory business and sales plans
• Present product, menu, and profitability solutions to customers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and programs within guidelines
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, and sales forecasts
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure service excellence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Partner with internal culinary and category teams on customer solutions
• Uphold safety, integrity, and performance standards of US Foods
