EDGE Office is seeking a full‑time Service Technician to join our Ruston/Monroe team.

In this role, you’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Xerox, Lexmark, and other office technology equipment while providing outstanding customer service throughout North Louisiana.

You’ll work from our Ruston Office each day, travel to customer locations, and become the trusted technical advisor businesses rely on to keep their offices running smoothly.

• Diagnose and repair multifunction printers and copiers
• Install new office equipment
• Configure network printing and scanning
• Communicate directly with customers
• Manage parts inventory in your company vehicle
• Document service activity using our mobile service platform
• Work closely with our local support and dispatch teams
• Build long‑term customer relationships

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Basic computer and networking knowledge
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior copier, printer, IT, or electronics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
