Equipment Share in Monroe, LA is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) to maintain and repair a variety of rental and customer heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours and on-call rotation with additional compensation.
You’ll diagnose issues, track service intervals, order parts, and use data from multiple makes and models to fix problems efficiently.
