Summary/Objective
The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of field service operations involving the installation, repair, maintenance, refurbishment, and servicing of industrial equipment. This position provides on-site leadership for field crews and serves as the primary point of contact at customer and mill locations.
The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, tooling, and workflow to ensure field projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with customer requirements and company quality standards. The position provides technical and mechanical guidance to field personnel, establishes work priorities, monitors job progress, assists with estimating and job planning, and ensures compliance with all applicable company, customer, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Ability to effectively manage a crew.
- Ability to provide accurate information to co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail and/or in person.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly in written form or verbally so that instructions can be followed with minimal chance of error.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Knowledge of protocol, safety standards, quality, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and make changes as needed.
- Display good attitude conducive to a field environment.
- Be able to think quickly and critically in response to scope changes on small to large jobs.
- Ability to recognize when a sense of urgency is needed.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member with other personnel.

Required education and experience5+ years of supervision experience.
Experience in a variety of mills.
Experience reading equipment drawings.
Preferred education and experience- 10+ years as millwright
- Valid Driver’s License or State Issued .
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Total Compensation $100k+/annually (exact rate to be determined based on experience and qualifications)
