Shuttle Bus Driver - Part-Time

Shift: Afternoon, Part-Time (Monday - Friday, 2:00pm – 6:00pm).

Compensation: $17.50/hour. CDL not required.

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Follow a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route.
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or information about the shuttle.
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges boarding the shuttle.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment for co-workers and passengers.
• Provide accurate directions and information about hospital facilities to employees.
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff and team members.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and site requirements; ensure safety and security of people and belongings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
• High school Diploma or GED.
• Valid active in-state regular driver’s license (permit or probationary license not accepted).
• At least 1 year of shuttle, bus, or large delivery vehicle driving experience with a customer-focused background.
• Extremely safe driver with a clean driving record over the past 5 years.
• CDL is not required; it is a plus if held.
• Ability to operate apps/tablet-based technology and learn new software as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and to sit for long periods; comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-service, and de-escalation skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
